Job Description:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on screen design using Figma, to support the design of digital solutions. To work closely with functional analysts, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into clear, usable, and visually consistent interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces (web and mobile) using Figma, following accessibility and usability standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs and functional requirements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Contribute to design systems and maintain visual consistency across applications.

Support testing and validation of UI/UX decisions with stakeholders and users.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Figma for UI design and prototyping.

Solid understanding of UX design principles and user-centered methodologies.

Ability to turn business and technical requirements into effective interface designs.

Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design practices.

Nice to Have:

Experience in projects for public administration or regulated environments.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS (for collaboration with front-end developers).

Experience with tools like Miro, Adobe XD, or similar.
