EIS provides an open, flexible platform of core systems and digital solutions allowing insurers to accelerate and scale innovation, launch products faster, deliver new revenue channels and create experiences the world will love.

EIS provides SaaS service for extension of the EIS platform to customers with a full CICD cycle. Each of customer receives a development team with SaaS support. As a Cloud Operations Manager, you will be a part of SaaS team and be a glue within Development, CICD engineers, Cloud engineers, Project management and Customer.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful implementation of assigned DevOps projects
Maintain existing relationships with DevOps counterparties and be the point of contact
Manage the end-to-end project management activities for DevOps teams
Actively participate in DevOps business-related activities, meetings, talks, and improvements

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience with work planning and tracking in accordance to overall program deliverables
Experience with leading a DevOps team using Scrum and Kanban
Positive attitude and open mind during challenging situations.
Analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Must be highly self-motivated and can work independently with little or no supervision
Upper-Intermediate in English for daily verbal and written communication in a Multicultural environment.
Experience in client & relationship management with internal and external customers
Good understanding of DevOps concepts like CI/CD, IaC and others.
Understanding of microservices and cloud-native architecture
A willingness to learn and contribute to team future
Attention to detail and structured ways of working

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with customer RFPs
Project Management, Agile or related certifications
AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins or related certification
Hands on experience in any programming language using Gitlab
Hands on experience in DevOps
