This is a key leadership role for someone who can shape our technology strategy, align it with our business vision, and drive the evolution of our systems and team.

Qualifications:

Lead and grow a large, high-performing technology team

Define and execute the company's tech vision and roadmap

Align technology with the company's overall mission and long-term strategy

Oversee development and improvement of internal systems and platforms

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence

Responsibilities:

Proven leadership experience in technology or engineering roles

E-commerce or technology company background is a significant advantage

Hands-on experience scaling teams and systems

Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills

Passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement
