EMEA Financial Controller - onsite - c €140,000

EMEA Financial Controller – Salary up to €140,000 +/- – On site 5 days per week

Our client is a global software, scaling rapidly. Due to a recent large investment, they have exciting times ahead! Based in Sandyford, this role is on-site, managing a large team. Reporting to the Group Finance Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations across multiple EMEA entities, ensuring accurate month-end close and compliance with IFRS and local GAAPs.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings (CIT, VAT, WHT), and coordination with external auditors and advisors.
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, and revenue assurance processes, driving accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness across the region.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Tax, Legal, and FP&A to support consolidation, forecasting, and intercompany processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and ERP (e.g., NetSuite) enhancements.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8+ years’ experience in international finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, tax compliance, and multi-entity reporting.
• Proven experience managing finance teams and outsourced providers.
• Skilled in financial operations, statutory reporting, and process optimisation.
• Proficient with ERP systems and financial controls.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Remuneration

• Up to c €140,000 - €150,000 plus bonus and benefits.
