Ingénieur End User Experience (EUE) - 40%

We are opening a position for an End User Experience (EUE) Engineer to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. The role supports a workplace transformation initiative and requires on-site presence two days per week. As part of the End User Experience team, the selected candidate will contribute to enhancing digital tools and environments to improve productivity and support strategic projects in the commodity trading sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Design solutions based on Windows, SCCM/Intune, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, telephony, meeting rooms), ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Contribute to the implementation and support of hybrid modern workplace solutions to boost end-user efficiency.
• Provide regional level 3 technical support for modern workplace technologies.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and process guides.
• Optimize user experiences through collaboration and productivity tools.
• Participate in strategic projects aimed at modernizing the digital work environment.
• Continuously identify areas of improvement in workplace services and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with global and diverse teams to ensure cohesive delivery of IT services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a strong focus on endpoint management and hybrid workplace environments.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 11, SCCM, Intune (MDM/MAM), Microsoft 365, on-premise Exchange, Entra, and PowerShell.
• Proven experience supporting collaboration, mobility, communication, security, and productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a global and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM) are an advantage.
