What You Will Do:
- Execute controlling activities related to people processes, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative metrics, and report findings to stakeholders and management
- Design, develop, and conduct regular reporting on people data (monthly, quarterly, annual) as well as ad-hoc reports, while defining requirements for HRIS system reports. Stay informed about trends in HR data and metrics
- Prepare the HR data needed for company-wide and regulatory reports
- Ensure the quality and consistency of people-related data transferred from the HRIS to internal analytical data platforms, including data warehouses and reporting databases
- Design and conduct quality analyses of people processes, driving improvements in collaboration with the People & Culture peers
- Develop and maintain an HR metric dictionary in conjunction with supporting functions
- Experience in Human Resource practices and processes
- Understanding of compliance and risk aspects in the People Management area
- Ability to design and do Data analytics, statistics
- Ability to do data presentation, statistical visualization
- Ability to design Data management processes
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
