Senior Software Developer*

We’re looking for a bold mind who wants to shape students’ learning experience through intelligent, cross-platform applications.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead development of a cross-platform app to shape students’ learning experiences throughout their academic lifecycle
• Design and implement scalable system and software architecture
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services
• Integrate AI/ML models for personalized learning paths and guidance
• Collaborate with product and design teams in agile, user-driven development
• Ensure performance, security, scalability and future extensibility of applications

Your strengths and skills:

• Academic degree in the field of Software Engineering, Informatics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software, application or mobile development (preferred with Flutter/Dart, Java, C#, Swift or Python)
• Foundational experience in software architecture
• Basic knowledge in AI/ML tooling, vector databases and prompt engineering (RAG, LLMs)
• Negotiation-level proficiency in English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, courageous, curious and collaborative – eager to learn and grow with the team

Competitive compensation starting from € 4.300,00 monthly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
