  • Lead UX projects and design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholder, business users
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools
  • Experience with synthesis - user finding
  • Experience with UX/UI to conduct service-design
  • UX/UI design
  • Experience with Figma, Miro, Canvas and similar tools (Maze, Optimal sort)
  • Experience with CAD 2.1 (AAA)
  • comfortable with design and hand-off and aligning with business needs
