Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our development teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing people, processes, and technology to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining high technical standards and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software products or technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and assign them across teams.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure the team adheres to agile practices, CI/CD, and code management protocols.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team development planning.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in full-stack development or backend/frontend specializations.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as [Java/.NET/Node.js/Python, React/Angular, SQL/NoSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP].
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and processes.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or product management is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
