Business Analyst / Product Owner - Telecom

Job Description:

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Business Analyst with strong experience in agile delivery and Java-based environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and support the Agile development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams
• Perform story analysis and understand business needs
• Translate customer requirements into detailed JIRA stories and documentation
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos)
• Organize and facilitate customer demo sessions
• Collaborate with developers and testers for end-to-end delivery

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Java APIs
• Exposure to GUI & Rich Client applications
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and Agile toolchains
