About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Scaled Agile Pipeline Manager/Coach (internally titled as Principal, Pipeline Delivery Management) to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of planning and delivery practices at scale across Technology & Operations (T&O), with a strong focus on Pipelines (continuous delivery model). In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of T&O outcomes by embedding agile ways of working and fostering a high-performance culture.

About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Scaled Agile Pipeline Manager/Coach (internally titled as Principal, Pipeline Delivery Management) to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of planning and delivery practices at scale across Technology & Operations (T&O), with a strong focus on Pipelines (continuous delivery model). In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of T&O outcomes by embedding agile ways of working and fostering a high-performance culture.
Some of the key responsibilities will be: -
- Lead the planning, orchestration, and delivery of work across delivery pipelines using scaled agile techniques and IAG’s delivery frameworks.
- Coach leaders and teams in agile practices, roles, and methodologies to uplift delivery capability.
- Define and track key delivery metrics to monitor performance, drive improvements, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Champion the use of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira Align) to support effective delivery management and transparency.
- Collaborate with governance teams to ensure delivery meets required standards and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with framework owners to improve usability and alignment across T&O.
- Manage resource planning and cost tracking, including regular reviews of pipeline size and shape.
- Contribute to the evolution of T&O’s delivery frameworks and support cross-functional collaboration across dependent teams
About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
- Extensive experience in delivery roles including delivering at pace in complex environments requiring collaboration across multiple teams both internal and external
- Strong understanding of technology delivery, ideally across legacy and strategic platforms
- Experience in leading out agile ways of working in complex environments, using pragmatic and fit for purpose approaches
- Proven experience, presence and interpersonal skills that enable you to inspire, motivate and influence at all levels (particularly senior / executive level)
- Coaching, mentoring and communication skills which enable you to uplift the capability of others and influence on a desired outcome.
- Ability to collaborate, contribute, and create in a constantly changing environment.
- Expert knowledge of different delivery frameworks and can apply them pragmatically to suit different contexts.
- Tertiary qualified with business degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant industry or specialism qualifications e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, DaD, Kaizen etc.
- An outcome focussed mind with a pragmatic approach to problems.
