Mobile App Manual Tester (iOS & Android)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Mobile App Manual Tester to join their team and ensure seamless performance across iOS and Android platforms. You'll play a key role in identifying bugs, validating user experiences, and supporting release cycles through hands-on testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing on mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Use TestFlight and internal distribution tools to manage iOS builds and perform structured testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies across devices.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to reproduce issues and ensure quality.
• Validate new features, UI changes, and bug fixes before public releases.
• Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing.
• Support app release cycles and testing readiness for App Store and Google Play submissions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile app manual testing (iOS, Android, or both).
• Hands-on experience with TestFlight, APK builds, and managing pre-release testing.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific behaviors.
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports with steps to reproduce.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar bug tracking systems.
• Bonus: Exposure to automation frameworks or cross-platform testing tools is a plus.
