Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GRC Compliance Specialist to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and a passion for ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and systems.

Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and vulnerabilities. Present findings to relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.

Actively participate in audit preparation and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the development and implementation of security awareness programs, educating employees on best practices and emerging threats.

Document and maintain up-to-date incident response procedures, ensuring a timely and effective response to security breaches.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a GRC or cybersecurity role

Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred
