Senior Network Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Remote (Poland – visit Krakow office twice a year)

Experience: 8–10 years

Type: Full-Time | 100% Remote

On-Call: Required once every 6 weeks on weekends

Key Skill Sets:

• Cisco Catalyst & Nexus Switches, Routers
• Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• MPLS WAN, Cisco ACI, VRFs, Bridge Domains (BD)
• Firewall, IPS/IDS, and Content Filtering technologies
• Data Center Infrastructure and Multisite MPLS Network management
• CCNA or CCNP certification preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage LAN/WAN network incidents ensuring SLA compliance
• Implement network changes as per client process
• Troubleshoot and resolve major outages and support emergency changes
• Configure routers and switches based on engineering standards
• Support tech refresh and end-of-life hardware replacement
• Participate in TECC / Critical Incident calls as needed
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Deliver technical solutions for complex/unknown network issues

Nice to Have:

• SD-WAN experience
• DNS Administration

Mandatory Tech Skills:

Cisco SDN, AWS Infra Services, Cisco DC/Branch Routers & Switches, Meraki / VeloCloud, Cisco Wireless

Work Mode: Fully Remote, with occasional visits (2x/year) to Krakow

Availability: On-call rotation (once every 6 weekends)
