Business Project Manager

We are hiring a Business Project Manager with strong exposure on Agility & Cross-fonctional teams for our client located in Brussels.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery within Marketing & Communications
• Define project objectives, scope, planning, resourcing, and budget with stakeholders
• Monitor execution and ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlines
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and compliance obligations
• Guide teams and suppliers to ensure adherence to governance, processes, and standards
• Produce documentation, status updates, and steerco presentations
• Foster communication across business, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
• Support project transition to run/operations and ensure knowledge handover
• Share best practices and help build a robust governance culture in the new department

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in project management of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Deep knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and governance standards
• Experience in Marketing, Communications, or related project domains
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong interpersonal skills: stakeholder management, negotiation, team guidance
• Structured and methodical approach to planning and execution
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French)
• Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent)
