Data Analyst – Power BI

Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Data Analyst – Power BI who will be responsible for enabling the successful implementation of a Data Strategy Roadmap that will lead to enhanced Change Management reporting and data-driven insights for executive leadership. Your efforts will focus on centralizing data from multiple sources into a master database that will enable reporting through data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to the team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivering leadership.
• Supports an environment where the team freely escalates challenges; facilitates change through positive reinforcement of successes.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.
• Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and works to support the Agile transformation agenda.

Desired Skill Set:

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Confluence: Experience with Confi Forms and Confluence Macros
• 5 years of expertise in JQL & JIRA
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Advanced Excel
• 5 years of experience in Power BI and/or Tableau
• 5 years of experience with JQL in creating dashboards

Nice To Have:

• Ability to tell a story using PowerPoint
• Data Framework experience with other FIs
