The Companial Engineering team is touching the latest global technologies (Visual Studio Code AL language, Extensions, DevOps, PowerPlatform), being one of very few Microsoft ISV Development Centers we have direct consulting with Microsoft and receive the latest news and training on new technologies prior other Microsoft partners.

We are looking for a Junior QA Specialist to join our growing team and support the quality assurance process for solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This is a great opportunity to start your QA career working with real ERP systems, cross-functional teams, and business-critical features. You will participate in manual testing and help ensure stable, well-functioning Business Central customizations and integrations.

What are you going to do:

• Understand functional requirements of Business Central customizations and features
• Design, execute, and document manual test cases for Business Central related features
• Validate integration between Business Central and other systems
• Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing
• Log, track, and retest issues in Azure DevOps
• Work closely with developers and functional consultants to identify and resolve issues
• Provide status updates on testing progress and results
• Contribute to the improvement of existing testing processes to enhance quality assurance
  
  
  

What we expect from you:

• A detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills
• Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and clearly document software bugs
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance position is a plus (technology bootcamps count)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or any ERP system is a strong advantage
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or similar is a plus, but not required

• Monthly salary range 1400-1800 Eur gross/month (depending on your seniority and experience level)
