Delivery Project Manager

We are looking for someone who is ready to plan, coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve processes and projects to support the organization's strategic objectives and enhance the efficiency of the Delivery Network!

Apply if you would be happy to:

  • manage and oversee Delivery Network projects within the Baltic States
  • lead and participate in projects at the Baltic level
  • develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • propose new initiatives to support the Organization’s Strategic Objectives, Courier Network efficiency and quality
  • provide input to create new or adjust existing Power BI Reports within the project scope
  • own and update process manuals, quality standards and training materials

We will be happy if you:

  • have at least 2 years of Project or Process Management experience, preferably in Logistics or Supply chain
  • have basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • have experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools (is a plus)
  • have excellent communication, collaboration skills and organizational skills.
  • have analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • have result oriented and initiative – taking personality
  • have proficiency in Latvian and English, both spoken and written
  • are ready to travel between the Baltic States
