Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of next-gen digital financial platforms across retail, commercial banking, or wealth management. This leadership role drives full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—in a fast-paced innovation-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, MVP, roadmap, GTM, and iterations
• Lead cross-functional squads across tech, design, and commercial teams
• Use research, data, and customer insights to shape impactful product experiences
• Drive growth, adoption, and revenue through digital innovation
• Ensure alignment with compliance, tech scalability, and market trends

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years in digital product roles within banking, fintech, or digital-first companies
• Expertise in retail/commercial banking or wealth management
• Strong grasp of agile, APIs, cloud, data, and digital GTM strategies
• Proven track record of launching large-scale digital financial platforms
• Bonus: Experience with Sharia-compliant digital products
