About the Opportunity:

An exciting contract opportunity is available to join a prominent international organization based in Geneva. They are undergoing a significant ERP/EPM-enabled transformation to modernize and optimize their finance, compliance, and business processes. This role offers a unique chance to drive meaningful change, streamline data structures, and impact decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing finance and reporting ecosystem to identify crucial data and reporting requirements.
• Define and design simplified data structures to ensure ERP/EPM optimization focuses on data quality, relevance, and usability.
• Work with stakeholders to propose multi-dimensional reporting solutions that meet analytics needs.
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure master data aligns with workflows, enabling efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop a future-state framework to guide system implementation, process alignment, and end-user adoption.
• Provide specifications for data structures and reporting needs to inform solution design.
• Support data transformation, cleansing, migration, and integration activities for successful implementation.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless alignment between systems and business processes.
• Lead user training and advocate for emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Report progress to project leadership and actively participate in project governance forums.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Skilled professional with 8+ years of experience in ERP/EPM transformation and finance-related projects.
• Familiarity with leading ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Knowledge of tools like Tagetik, OneStream, and Power BI, strong plus
• Hybrid technology and finance background with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required

• Location: Geneva, Switzerland.
• Duration: 6 months (potential for extension).
