The Position

Marketing Automation & Online Engagement Intern

Roche Farmacêutica, Portugal

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Marketing Automation & Online Engagement intern to join Roche Portugal for a 1 year internship, starting September/October 2025.

As part of Roche Portugal Digital & Omnichannel department, you will connect with various business partners and stakeholders in projects related to Roche disease areas, events, products, and services, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills and grow! Your internship will allow you to collaborate with the team in the following areas:

• Email marketing campaigns creation, optimization and management
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool for segmentation, campaigns, emails and analytics
• Lead audience segmentation and campaign targeting, developing testing plans (such as A/B testing) to optimise email performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive campaign plans, define goals, objectives and metrics.
• Publish and maintain landing page content using CMS
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement
• Collect and analyse metrics from digital channels to support business decisions, including email stats, web stats, conversion rates, customer behaviour, and campaign performance
  
  

Who you are

You recently graduated in Digital Marketing or in a related field, and you are a digital enthusiast, passionate about working with digital customer engagement through email marketing and websites. You demonstrate the ability to develop successful working relationships with colleagues and external agencies and you are a quick learner, eager to learn and passionate about new technologies! In addition:

• You understand how to manage email campaigns, A/B testing, and dynamic sends. You have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS in the context of email marketing, and understanding of user journeys and campaign logic.
• You are proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets for data management, and you have the ability to analyse and interpret data, summarising findings effectively, preferably knowing analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Looker Studio
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
