About Acast

Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing London team and help shape intuitive, impactful experiences for creators and advertisers across the Acast Marketplace. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who’s excited to work end-to-end, from research to high-fidelity UI, and who’s ready to stretch into more strategic thinking and ownership.

What you´ll do

You’ll join a cross-functional team and will be expected to:

  • Design polished, user-friendly product experiences for creators, listeners and advertisers
  • Own features from concept to delivery: user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, researchers and other designers
  • Work with our design system, implementing and evolving scalable components and patterns
  • Engage with user research and help shape how we run and apply testing
  • Contribute to a thoughtful, supportive, and forward-thinking design culture

What we're looking for:

Experience & Craft:

  • 4+ years’ experience in product or UX design
  • Strong portfolio showing thoughtful end-to-end design process
  • Skilled in Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, clean file hygiene)
  • Comfortable using or extending a design system and working within technical constraints
  • Able to design with both form and function in mind: practical, usable, beautiful

Ways of working:

  • Curious and user-centered: you ask “why” before jumping into “how”
  • Can clearly explain your thinking and decision-making to both designers and non-designers
  • Confident in giving and receiving feedback, and see collaboration as a superpower
  • Open to evolving processes, sharing learnings, and exploring new tools (including AI)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience designing tools for creators, advertisers or B2B SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with research methods or product metrics

What you'll get:

  • A salary of£60,000–£70,000, depending on experience
  • Remote/hybrid working with a friendly, highly experienced team
  • A hands-on design culture that values iteration, ownership and learning
  • Generous benefits
  • A mission-led company working with top creators, shows and media brands
