Turkish Operations Specialist

Job Description:

1. User Management:Responsible for collecting, tracking, and addressing user inquiries, requests, and suggestions. Maintain user relationships through activities and various community groups.

2. Data Analysis:Gather and organize operational and campaign-related data, conducting preliminary analysis to support decision-making.

3. Content Operations: Translate and distribute project-related information, as well as produce original Turkish-language content.

4. Promotion & Partnerships:Identify and develop local media resources, influencer collaborations, and blockchain-related industry partnerships to drive cooperative initiatives.

5. Market Insights:*Monitor and analyze local user needs, market trends, and competitor activities in Turkey.

Requirements:

1. Language Proficiency:Native or professional fluency in Turkish, with strong command of English or Chinese.

2. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in social media operations is a plus.

3. Skills:Strong planning, communication, and analytical abilities, with solid writing skills.

4. Execution & Teamwork: Results-driven with excellent innovation and execution capabilities, able to collaborate effectively within a team.

5. Learning Agility:Proactively acquire knowledge about relevant projects and the blockchain industry.

6. Industry Knowledge:Candidates with blockchain industry experience or expertise will be prioritized.
