MEDvidi is seeking a proactive and dynamic Middle HR Generalist to join our fast-growing company.

As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HR Lead and collaborate with various departments to support their HR needs. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in multiple aspects of HR and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. This role is responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and various HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Human Resources Specialist (in HR operations or administrative support within a fast-paced corporate setting).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) B2+; knowledge of Polish is a plus, but not required.
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach.
  • Reliable, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsibilities:

HR Tools & Data Management:

  • Accurately maintain employee records in the HRIS system (BambooHR) and Notion.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (timesheets, absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, agreements, and NDAs.

Projects & Process Support:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including feedback reviews and exit interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to employees, new hires, and line managers.
  • Coordinate HR projects (1:1 meetings, trainings, engagement activities, surveys, etc.).
  • Address employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Partner with the HR Lead to provide comprehensive HR support to multiple departments.
