Key Skills Required:

• Internal o Financial acumen (actual, forecast, analysis)

• Strong capability of analysis and synthesis

• Efficient communication and fluency in English. French it’s a plus.

• Good level on MS Office suite : Excel (pivot table, vlookup,…), PowerPoint, PeopleSoft is a plus.


Soft skills:

• Curiosity

• Open and customer-oriented mindset

• Good sense of organization (attention to details, multitasking, organize topics, set the pace…)

• Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide teams

• Capability to deal with uncertainties and find ways to solve problems

• Mindset focussing continuous improvement and standardisation

• Bachelor or Master Degree


Work Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operational controlling or Project Management Officer role or similar

• Financial background or work experience

• Drive or assist context(s) involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholders
