We are currently looking for a skilled Product Designer in Tower.

Tower is building a next-generation compute platform designed to securely run modern Python data apps in production. Our mission is to empower data, AI, and ML engineers and their enterprises to build, scale, and deploy the composable data stack with unprecedented ease and security. We are a team of industry

veterans, backed by leading VCs, on a mission to push the boundaries of whatʼs possible in an effort to dramatically improve the lives of data engineers and data scientists around the world.

This is a contract position that will convert into a permanent full-time position after a probation period.

About You

  • Extensive experience of leading product design for a SaaS, devtools, or data engineering product;
  • Proactive and asking the right questions of stakeholders;
  • Do not require guidance in day to day work;
  • Experience working in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS such that they can make changes to a React app;
  • Ability to do some brand design (illustrations, logos, images, and website);
  • Familiarity with Framer will be a plus.

What Will You Do

  • Lead the product design workstream;
  • Designing and implementing their user interface;
  • Conduct workshops with the founders to understand the product goals and user goals;
  • Conduct user interviews;
  • Bring your branding and graphical design skills for occasional projects.
