People Analytics and Reporting Manager

Are you passionate about transforming complex people data into meaningful insights? At DRiV, we’re looking for a People Analytics & Reporting Manager to lead the way in building and delivering high-impact HR analytics and reporting solutions.


Your Role:

As the People Analytics & Reporting Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining a portfolio of people data reports and dashboards. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives with accurate, actionable insights. You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, audit compliance, and timely delivery of key reports — while also continuously improving our reporting processes.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors and Power BI
  • Analyze large data sets across HR domains (e.g., turnover, performance, compensation, recruitment, learning)
  • Deliver insights that support core HR cycles such as performance management, bonus & merit processes, and goal tracking
  • Monitor data quality, ensure confidentiality, and maintain compliance with internal HRIS security policies
  • Create clear documentation for reports, dashboards, and related audit processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and present actionable solutions
  • Provide ad-hoc data support for HR leadership and business units
  • Conduct stakeholder training and ensure appropriate access to self-service reports
  • Manage internal projects, communicate progress, and meet deadlines


What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR technology, analytics, or reporting roles
  • At least 2 years of experience owning end-to-end reporting responsibilities or coordinating reporting efforts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation modules)
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and other BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP, Azure, Crystal Reports)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English and flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment
