Analyst Programmer

Mission Overview:

This position offers a consultancy opportunity at a client site through Keystone Solutions, focusing on innovative technologies and processes to advance the digital transformation within the federal government. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work in a dynamic environment, specifically within the Negotiated Research and Police department of the Federal Police IT service, which is responsible for developing applications for judicial police and public order. You will have the chance to maintain and enhance existing applications while embracing new technological methodologies.

You will join a team eager to explore new technologies and testing innovative development approaches, engaging with diverse activities that present growth opportunities both technically and in project management. Your role will also involve ensuring product quality, adhering to performance requirements, and demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving skills in response to changing client demands.

Your Responsibilities:

Your key tasks involve developing a crucial web service that calculates the qualification of facts based on the encoding from different applications, in line with the new penal code anticipated to come into effect in 2026. Responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and testing the web service based on prior functional and technical analyses.
• Ensuring quality development and maintenance of multi-user, high availability, and high-visibility applications.
• Providing technical advice in your area of expertise while suggesting possible adaptations to projects.
• Analyzing user requirements.
• Documenting technical specifications.
• Providing adequate technical support for the web service.
• Assisting and coaching colleagues.
• Working throughout the complete development cycle.

Your Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in either French or Dutch, with a willingness to work in a multilingual environment (French, Dutch, English).
