Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile tools
Translate complex business workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers
Participate in user research, usability testing, and design critiques
Apply and contribute to design system components for consistency and quality

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience (preferably in business tools or enterprise software)
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and polished execution
Skilled in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
Ability to break down and simplify complex workflows
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
