About the Role

Certis is executing a group-wide transformation agenda that demands sharp strategic thinking, disciplined delivery, and enterprise-wide execution capability. Anchoring this effort is our Strategic Transformation Office (STO) — the central engine that ensures our most mission-critical initiatives are delivered with speed, integrity, and measurable results.

We are hiring a Vice President to lead the STO — a senior leadership role responsible for driving the planning, governance, and delivery of Certis’ enterprise transformation portfolio. You will work directly with the Group CEO, Executive Leadership, and Business Unit leaders to drive end-to-end execution across technology, operations and service delivery.

This role is suited for a strategic operator — someone who brings both delivery discipline and leadership maturity, able to steer complex portfolios, challenge the status quo, and embed the operating rhythm to deliver at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Operating Model

• Establish and lead enterprise transformation forums and rhythms ensuring visibility into initiative progress, interdependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Shape the cadence and structure of Certis’ transformation engine — linking ambition with disciplined delivery.

Programme Governance & Execution Risk

• Steward the enterprise-wide transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment to Certis’ strategic priorities.
• Drive portfolio health checks, initiative diagnostics, and risk-based interventions.
• Embed governance standards, tools, and escalation mechanisms to anticipate and resolve delivery friction early.

• Track initiative outcomes and ensure delivery translates into tangible business benefits — in partnership with Finance, Strategy, and Business Units.
• Ensure transformation impact is aligned with Certis' commercial goals and strategic positioning.

Execution Uplift & Capability Building

• Build execution maturity across the organisation through frameworks, tools, training, and coaching.
• Raise the bar on program and change leadership, supporting delivery teams to manage complexity and scale effectively.
• Lead special projects and turnaround efforts for high-priority initiatives requiring hands-on leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic transformation, programme delivery, or enterprise change — with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional portfolios.
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments; strong preference for candidates from security, operations, facilities management, consulting, or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of transformation models, execution risk, and value delivery across business and technology domains.
• Trusted operator with strong boardroom presence; able to partner with C-level executives and drive decision-making at the highest level.
• Track record of leading large-scale transformation with clarity, structure, and results.
• Strong influence, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualifications preferred.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing urgency with long-term vision, and operating at both strategic and execution levels.
