We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI Developer to join our innovative Technology & Innovation team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our AI initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation. You'll work on challenging and impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products and services, ultimately shaping the future of our technological landscape.

Your Role as the AI Developer:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Continuously evaluate company-wide projects to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, technologies, and tools, and assess their applicability to our business.
• Initiate and drive new AI-focused processes and projects based on business needs.
• Collaborate closely with all internal teams to understand their workflows, challenges, and AI requirements.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for training and evaluating AI models.

What we expect from you:

• Proven 3-4 years experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably in the fintech, banking, or investment technologies sectors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and implement new technologies efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLM fine-tuning, or generative AI implementations.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Prior experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI solutions.
