In line with our vision to become the market leader in investment technology, we are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to define our product strategy, lead our product management team, and own the entire lifecycle of our product portfolio for both domestic and international markets.

Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will work in strategic alignment with our technology, sales, and business development teams to deliver innovative, customer- centric products.

Your Role as the Product Director:

• Define, own, and champion a comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team, managing their performance and supporting their professional growth.
• Create, prioritise, and manage the product roadmaps for both domestic and international markets, leveraging market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies and ensure commercial success.
• Establish and manage C-level relationships with strategic clients, partners (including banks and investment firms), and industry leaders to gain firsthand insights into market needs and technological trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in the product development lifecycle, championing Agile/Scrum best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage the product portfolio's budget and resource planning, tracking Return on Investment (ROI) and providing regular, insightful reports to senior leadership.

What we expect from you:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management within the FinTech, capital markets, or investment technology sectors.
• At least 3-4 years of this experience must be in a team leadership or director-level role.
• Proven, hands-on experience in developing, launching, and managing products for international markets.
• A strong technical background or an engineering degree, with the ability to grasp complex technological concepts and drive strategic technical discussions.
• A visionary and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate future market trends and make decisive, forward-thinking product decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the confidence and experience to represent the company at the C-level with strategic partners.
• Deep expertise and a proven track record of leading teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
