They seek an experienced iOS Chapter Lead to shape and guide our mobile app development team. As the iOS Chapter Lead, you will lead a team of talented iOS developers, guiding them technically and professionally to achieve excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile banking solutions. You will take ownership of the development process and play a key role in implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Drive the design, development, and maintenance of iOS applications
• Ensure high-quality code and best practices are followed
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate mobile solutions into the overall business strategy
• Support DevOps initiatives, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and set priorities

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on iOS development experience
• Proven leadership and coaching skills in managing teams
• Strong experience with Swift and Objective-C
• Experience with DevOps practices is a plus (CI/CD, automation tools)
• Knowledge of Ruby or Python is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
