Business Analyst ( f/m)

Join a leading consulting firm as a permanent Business Analyst focused on intermediated lending structures. You'll support financial institutions in onboarding, managing, and optimizing lending products like guarantees, loans, and MBILs.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and configure new intermediated lending products in client applications
• Migrate data and products from legacy systems and EUC tools
• Gather, document, and prioritize business & functional requirements
• Draft detailed IT specs and user stories for developers
• Lead system testing and UAT; produce test cases and reports
• Monitor product performance post-launch and resolve discrepancies
• Support legacy EUC tools (e.g., MOTOOL, Spot‑check) as needed
• Coordinate releases and drive stakeholder communications
• Develop user manuals, process guides, and procedural documentation

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years' experience in banking operations or back-office servicing (guarantees, loans, MBILs)
• Strong analysis skills in Agile & Waterfall; familiar with Jira, Confluence
• Proven experience with test case writing, defect tracking, and UAT
• Advanced Excel and VBA capabilities for data migration and analysis
• Ability to translate technical requirements for non‑technical audiences
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, IT, Business, or related field
• English at C1 level; French or German a plus
• Experience with EU or Luxembourg-based intermediated lending preferred
• Valid Work Permit for Luxembourg is mandatory
