Our client is a dynamic and acquisitive Financial Services provider headquartered in Dublin. The company is poised for strategic growth following a recent acquisition, with further transactions in the pipeline.

You will take full ownership of defining and delivering large-scale operational change - covering operating model redesign, process optimisation, and technology enablement. Reporting into a highly capable leadership team, this is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a transformation function from the ground up in a commercially ambitious but supportive environment.
Who should apply?
Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in transformation roles within large orgs or from a Consulting background. Key requirements include:
- 8+ years' experience in Change, Transformation, or Operations leadership
- Consulting experience from a Big 4 or similar advisory environment beneficial
- Strong background in operating model redesign, post-merger integration, and tech-enabled change
- Commercial mindset with a delivery-focused approach
- Proven ability to lead and build teams in dynamic environments
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic role will be responsible for:
- Strategic Transformation – Lead the end-to-end transformation agenda across the business
- Operating Model Redesign – Overhaul core processes and structures post-acquisition
- Tech Enablement – Drive automation, system upgrades, and digital transformation
- Team Leadership – Build and manage a new internal Transformation function
- Post-Merger Integration – Oversee alignment of processes and systems across acquisitions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Ops, Tech, and Commercial teams
- Change Management – Develop and implement effective change strategies
- Executive Engagement – Regular interaction with C-suite and key decision makers
