Join a dynamic team at one of Australia’s top four banks, where you will play a pivotal role in reshaping systems across various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across the stakeholder environment to prepare assessments on divisional/Domain impacts, including scale, impact categorisation and stakeholder group mapping.
• Develop communication and presentation material for stakeholder aligned to the communications plans, assisting with the facilitation of briefings, showcases and other engagement interventions.
• Assess stakeholder readiness for the change and determine the success of the change management efforts.
• Complete stakeholder communications and engagement to build and maintain relationships, aid change adoption and buy-in.
• Contribute to the development of a Communication Strategy that supports all impacted stakeholder groups.
• Contribute to change tracking and reporting, including change adoption metrics.
