Join us as a Marketing Team Lead for our new, non-dating project powered by AI. This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing from day one, with full autonomy to shape how we go to market, attract users, and scale. The role comes with high expectations, real impact, and a clear path toward a C-level position.

You will:

● Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy from scratch.

● Launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns (Meta-first).

● Build and manage web2app conversion flows and attribution setup.

● Drive continuous A/B testing and growth experimentation.

● Analyze performance data (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and own marketing analytics.

● Work hands-on with the creative team: briefings, feedback, and performance insights.

● Collaborate closely with the product team to align growth with the product roadmap.

● Coordinate and lead the marketing team (User Acquisition, Creative, Content, Influencer).

From you:

● A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.

● 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads tools.

● Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.

● Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.

● Good technical skills in FB Pixel and CAPI.

● Experience managing >$200k monthly budgets in verticals with high competition.

● Native (or fluent) Ukrainian and advanced English.

● Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.

● Bias for action & ownership mentality.

Will be an advantage:
