Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is highly preferred
• Experience working on government projects is a strong advantage (CBAP can be optional in this case)
• Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis
