Role – This is a critical role that will lead the development of ComPass—a new strategic product acting as a central catalogue for guiding users to authoritative systems, processes, and data sources across the organization.
This is an opportunity to work in a matrix management framework where you’ll drive full-stack development, automation, and integration with golden-source repositories, while wrapping in regional and business-specific insights to deliver real value across services.
 
Key skills:
 

• Proficient in C# with strong knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (including .NET 6 and above).
• Solid experience with relational databases and database-driven application development.
• Hands-on experience with MVC and WebAPI frameworks.
• Front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Proficient with GIT and other version control tools.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Ability to write reusable C# libraries and scalable, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with automated testing, unit testing, and continuous integration workflows.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise application development.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code and automation processes.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to translate application requirements and use cases into functional features.
• Act as an Agile lead—identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues, and devise effective solutions.
• Interface developed solutions with golden-source repositories to centralize and standardize access to key data.
• Maintain high-quality, well-documented code across the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the IT Service Manager to ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Support the productionisation and scaling of .NET solutions across the organization.
• Champion coding standards, architectural best practices, and DevOps principles.
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and integration
