Team Lead C++ Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high performance systems in C++ and Python with a focus on Market/ Trade Data. (60:40 - Manager to IC split)

Responsibilities:

• Develop high quality trading systems
• Manage small team (4-6) of developers
• Analyse and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Requirements:

• STEM degree from top university
• Development experience with C++ and Python
• Migration of data systems and exposure to very large datasets
• Financial Markets experience
• High frequency trading experience (Bonus)

2 days in office per week

£140,000 per annum + Bonus + Stock Options
