- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HCI, or a related discipline, with 4-7 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Experience building Office Add-ins with Office.js and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Strong understanding of DOM manipulation, component-based UI design, and responsive layout techniques.
- Familiarity with asynchronous patterns, secure API integration, and state management approaches such as Redux or Context API.
- A user-centered mindset and experience working closely with design teams to deliver polished, accessible UI experiences.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams, with strong communication and technical documentation skills.
