📅 Contract Type: Long Term- 12-month renewable

🧑‍💻 Experience: 1–3 years

The role exists to support digital strategy by working hands-on in a lab environment to prototype, test, and implement cutting-edge technologies. The lab acts as an experimental sandbox where new ideas are validated before full-scale deployment.

Support the IT Innovating Lab in researching, prototyping, testing, and deploying cutting-edge digital solutions. Facilitate innovation through collaboration, experimentation, and alignment with company's digital strategy.

• Support execution of digital innovation initiatives and lab experiments.
• Assist in development and testing of prototypes (hardware/software).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/startups to identify emerging tech.
• Conduct research on new digital tools, trends, and technologies.
• Maintain lab equipment, infrastructure, and inventories.
• Support PoC (Proof of Concept) implementations and monitor pilot outcomes.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity, and HSE policies.
• Research and Analysis, stay updated with the latest trends and developments in emerging technologies relevant to the organization's industry.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential applications of emerging technologies for business improvement.
• Evaluate the feasibility, benefits, and risks of implementing new technologies or innovative solutions.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain, etc.)
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
• Basic software development or scripting skills
• Experience with collaboration tools and agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into solutions

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Desirable Qualification: Innovation/Design Thinking Certification
• Work Experience: 1–3 years in IT, innovation labs, or R&D roles
• Technical skills required to perform the role: Prototyping, Programming Basics, Tech Research, Innovation Tools.
