What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

Ensure architectural-level integration of data from multiple sources such as PLC, Kepware, LIMS, SAP, CRM, and digital agency systems

Plan and manage the setup of data lake, data warehouse, and semantic layer architectures

Develop layered data models to enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility

Build analysis-ready data layers to support artificial intelligence and advanced analytics projects

Design ETL/ELT processes and define technical standards for data pipelines

Integrate governance requirements such as security, data ownership, and access management into the data architecture

Work closely with business units to understand data needs and produce domain-specific architectural solutions

Establish foundational architectural structures to support future roles like Data Steward and ModelOps

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, architecture, or data governance

Experience in integrating data from systems such as SAP, Kepware, LIMS, and CRM

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools

Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Redshift, Fabric)

Familiarity with modern data architectures (e.g., Data Lake, Data Mesh, Layered Architecture)

Awareness of data security, access management, and compliance with KVKK/GDPR regulations

Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders
