The role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people.

• Gather and analyze business needs through interviews, workshops, and document review
• Document and model current and future state business processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on impact and feasibility
• Support validation and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to align on goals, processes, and system changes

And you?

• ~2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Strong understanding of business process modeling tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience in Business Analysis within an HR project is a big advantage
