Training Coordinator (UAE National)

Charterhouse are working with a well-known luxury fashion brand who are looking to hire a Training Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused professional who is passionate about retail excellence, learning and development, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. In line with UAE Emiratization requirements, our client is specifically seeking to hire a UAE National with a Family Book for this position.

The Training Coordinator will split time between the office and various store locations, delivering engaging onboarding sessions and product training to both new and existing staff. This role will play a key role in developing training content, daily briefs, and product knowledge tools that reflect the brand’s commitment to service excellence. Working closely with Store Managers and Retail Managers, the coordinator will analyse in-store behaviours to identify team needs, tailor training programs accordingly, and support the achievement of key sales and service KPIs. Through regular in-store visits, this role will provide hands-on coaching to Client Advisors and gather insights from the sales floor to continuously improve performance and team engagement. This role is essential in driving a culture of learning, development, and high-performance across the brand’s retail network in Dubai.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a training or HR position within the retail industry, with a strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be career-focused and demonstrate outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is beneficial and will be considered an advantage.
