A Snapshot of Your Day

The role involves redefining the MENA Field Force operation system, particularly for incentive management, by enhancing data collection, validation, and calculation processes. You will collaborate with data engineers and system developers to improve project efficiency and support RHQ management decisions through stakeholder engagement. The position requires optimizing project management to ensure timely implementation while aligning with organizational goals.

How You Will Make an Impact?

1. Redefine the operation system for incentive management, focusing on data-driven processes.
2. Collaborate with data engineers and system developers to enhance project efficiency and user experience.
3. Support RHQ management decisions by engaging stakeholders and gathering feedback on new opportunities.
4. Optimize project management to ensure timely implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Develop a user-friendly platform for field force and admin operations.
6. Conduct ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of system improvements.
7. Drive innovation and problem-solving to address challenges and improve system functionality.

What You’ll Need?

1. 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
2. Exposure to forecast replenishment processes.
3. Strong data management and analytical skills with a creative approach to system development.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple project facets simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
