SRE - Go

We’re looking for a (Senior) Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. This is not a support role — you’ll be coding real infrastructure tools and services, building and scaling systems, and actively shaping how cloud infrastructure should look and behave in the European enterprise landscape.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable code for platform services based on Kubernetes.
• Own and improve our internal platform capabilities: think resilience, performance, observability, and scalability.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle: requirements gathering, architectural decisions, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive and implement SRE best practices including alerting, error budgets, and reducing toil through automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams in an agile environment.
• Conduct code reviews and share knowledge within the team to continuously raise engineering quality.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong programming skills in Go (Golang), Rust, C++, or C.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems in production environments.
• Solid understanding of SRE principles: monitoring, alerting, incident response, postmortems, error budgets, etc.
• Experience with cloud-native tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Initiative, ownership mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
