Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst Expert Training Consultant

Contract period: 35 days with up to three annual renewals under the same conditions and similar duration as the initial term.

Seniority: at least 10 years of experience

Location: Luxembourg, Hybrid (40% on-site, 60% remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our client that is in the public sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a practical tabletop exercise based on a realistic scenario that engages all functional areas of the IMT.
• Provide training materials, exercise documentation, and a post-exercise report summarizing key learning points, areas for improvement, and any follow-up actions.
• Develop and deliver a scenario-based tabletop exercise with realistic injects to facilitate discussion and learning.

Essential Experience:

• More than 7 years of experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.

• Experience in designing and delivering tabletop exercises.

• Familiarity with Emergency Teams’ structures and BCP frameworks.

• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and comparable public institutions’ practices.
