Full-Stack Developer (IAM)

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve our client's in-house identity & access management (IAM) tools.

You’ll support IT access governance across the organization. This is a tech-driven, impact-heavy role embedded in our client's CyberSecurity strategy.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure features for internal IAM tooling.
• Translate user stories and business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code (frontend & backend).
• Optimize performance, solve bugs, and improve automation.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation are up to date.
• Actively contribute to Agile rituals and team backlog grooming.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React (v18+), JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good working knowledge of Java (v17–21), Spring Boot (v3), and Postgres.
• Familiarity with REST & SOAP APIs, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with IAM/RBAC concepts is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile squads with end-to-end responsibility.
• Proficient in English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and system reliability.
