Program Management Manager for HS&E Team

Role Overview

The Global HS&E team is seeking a seasoned Program Management Manager to drive our strategic initiatives and manage complex projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a PMP professional with a proven record of leading large-scale programs with multiple workstreams. This role demands excellence in communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

Key Accountabilities:

Drive projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with workstreams, and develop content for regular business reviews.

Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions.

Create and manage work stream/project plans and business cases in aid of strategic projects.

Create consolidated program-level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and/or respective workstream owners.

Drive and produce program/project communication plans and materials, agenda, and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed.

Collaborate with various teams to drive large-scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

Manage and drive large-scale programs with multiple underlying workstreams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong business insights writing skills.

Ability to work with ambiguity, self-driven, attention to detail, and plan/execute for the future.

Strategic thinker with experience in Project Management.

Quick to adapt – able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments.

Relationship development and management at all levels.

High degree of comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones.

Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities.
